Your Students Are Graduating. Are They Actually Ready for What's Next?
Schools are doing the right things. SEL frameworks. Advisory periods. College and career readiness programs. And yet — students still arrive in the workplace unable to communicate under pressure, navigate conflict, or take accountability without shutting down.
That's not a student problem. It's a systems problem.
Workforce readiness was never built into the core of what schools do. It was assumed, not taught. The Blueprint changes that — with a framework built for the classroom and the whole school.
SCHOOL LEADERS | CLASSROOM TEACHERS | LEADERSHIP TEAMS
Whether you're a teacher seeing the behavior gaps play out every day, or a school leader trying to build a culture that closes them — this is not a discipline issue. It's a preparation gap that schools were never designed to address.
Workforce readiness was never built into the core of what schools do. It got handed to one teacher, one unit, one advisory period — and then forgotten by April. The Blueprint changes that.
The behaviors that get students hired are the same ones that keep them there. Those behaviors can be taught.
Dr. Baez brings something most professional development misses — she's been the principal AND the executive. That combination changes how she sees the problem.

THE SHIFT
What changes when you
implement the Blueprint
FOR TEACHERS
You stop seeing behavior gaps as personality problems and start addressing them as skill gaps — with lessons and frameworks that actually work in your classroom.
FOR SCHOOL LEADERS
Workforce readiness stops being a single unit one teacher runs in April. It becomes a shared language across every grade level and every classroom in your building.
FOR STUDENTS
They arrive at their first job knowing how to handle a difficult conversation, advocate for themselves professionally, and take accountability without shutting down. That's the shift. That's what the Blueprint builds.
WHO IS THIS FOR
Built for everyone in the building who works
with students heading into the real world.
Classroom Teachers
You see the behavior gaps every day.
This gives you lessons and frameworks to address them directly — without adding another program to your plate.
School Principals
You need it built into the culture, not just a unit.
This gives you the structure to make workforce readiness a school-wide expectation, not a one-time event.
District Administrators
You're building a coherent career pipeline.
This provides the framework to align workforce readiness across schools, grades, and leadership teams.
Curriculum Leaders
You need a framework, not just a workshop.
This gives you a coherent, research-backed approach you can build PD around — one that teachers will actually use because it connects directly to what they're already seeing in the classroom.
Choose your learning plan.
Start with the piece your school needs most. Not every leader needs to start at chapter one. If you already know where your students are struggling — career transitions, workplace behavior, financial readiness — go straight there. Full access to one chapter and everything that comes with it.
The complete six-chapter system for building workforce-ready students. Six chapters, sequenced to take a school leader from identifying the gap to closing it. Everything your school needs to stop preparing students for tests and start preparing them for what comes after.
One license. Ten leaders. A school that moves in the same direction. Workforce readiness doesn't change when one person learns it. It changes when the whole team does. This license gives up to 10 principals, assistant principals, counselors, or department heads full access to the Blueprint — so your school builds a shared language and a plan that actually holds.
TAKE IT FURTHER
Pair it with the book.
It's Still About Behavior: Why Workforce Readiness Must Become SEL 2.0 is the research-backed companion to this course. Use it as a classroom read-aloud, a leadership read, a staff book study, or the foundation for a district-wide initiative.
